Cherry Tomato & Mozzarella Balls Salad

Galbani Santa Lucia Mozzarella Bufala ,the genuine mozzarella is made of water buffalo’s milk which has a higher fat amount than cow’s milk. The cheese have the moisture trapped between the layers of the springy curd. The culinary uses are either to be eaten fresh in salads thinly sliced or cubed, baked on pizzas or even grilled.

Direction
1. Mix the olive oil and the balsamic vinegar.
2. Add the mozzarella balls and black olives with halved cherry tomatoes in a bowl, season with salt and pepper from the mill, toss well.
3. Garnish with the capers and chopped fresh italian basil.

  • GALBANI Santa Lucia Bufala (cubed) 300 grams
  • cherry tomato (halved) 450 grams
  • CARBONELL black olive 50 grams (pitted and drained)
  • capers (drained) 20 grams
  • salt and pepper 15 grams
  • CARBONELL extra virgin olive oil 150 milliliters
  • Italian basil, fresh (chopped) 30 grams
  • CARBONELL balsamic vinegar 50 grams
  • Tips

  • Roasted tomatoes with mozzarella slices, season with olive oil and vinegar, sprinkle with freshly grounded pepper.
  • Breaded Mozzarella sticks deep fried served with a sweet chili sauce.
  • Cheese up your sauted vegetables, sprinkle with grated Mozzarella Cheese and melt in the microwave oven.
